About

PATCHPlace and Train in Catering and Hospitality — is an innovative project that supports people with cognitive disabilities (SNS) in gaining real-world experience and meaningful employment in the catering and hospitality sector.

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to shine in the workplace. Through the place and train model, PATCH provides on-the-job learning opportunities within inclusive work environments, helping participants build confidence, skills, and independence.

At the heart of our initiative is an online training program designed for trainers and company mentors. This program equips them with the knowledge and tools to successfully integrate and support employees with special needs. Participants can also earn digital open badges that certify their newly acquired skills and competencies — recognizing their dedication and professional growth.

Together, we’re building a more inclusive and supportive future for the hospitality industry.
